WE need a Champion. As your next City Council member, I plan to be just that. Help me to Restore Atlanta's District 4 to prominence and excellence. District 4 deserves more. Here is my Blueprint for a Better District 4.

Create workforce opportunities and Career Access Pathways Partnerships with local business

Break the school to prison pipeline by providing safe after school, mentorship, and internship opportunities for our children

Bridge the gap to resources that are available through the city and utilizing city owned spaces as educational pods or after school sites

NEIGHBORHOODS

Invest in community policing programs and neighborhood safety patrols

Develop coordinated public safety plans for our communities

Provide safe and accessible sidewalks, functional street lighting, driveable streets, and accessible broadband.

Develop community plan to address neighborhood blight, code enforcement, and transportation issues

Build more stable and diverse housing in our communities

Build more affordable housing for the community and for more workforce housing incentives so that our working class can live in the communities where they work

Develop a City of Atlanta housing affordability plan that’s based on all ages, demographics, income levels including the unsheltered population

WORKFORCE

Partner with community and business leaders to provide a business-friendly environment to create more economic opportunities.

Advocate for minority, black and woman owned businesses to participate in all new developments that receive tax incentives or procured through the City of Atlanta

Develop a local jobs hiring program within a 2-5 mile radius of any new development in our communities.
